Bell Associates Names Three New Senior Directors

Bell Associates, a Greenwich, CT-based employee benefits agency providing innovative healthcare benefits solutions to medium- and large-sized companies, has expanded its senior-level staff with the recent hires of Mr. Richard Burns, Ms. Judy Griffith, Esq., and Ms. JoAnn Gulbin.

Mr. Richard Burns will serve as Director of Actuarial Services and offer clients expertise in actuarial and compliance services, healthcare reform modeling, and assisting employers with regards to healthcare reform. Prior to Bell Associates, Mr. Burns served as President of Contribution Health, Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Drexel University and serves as a contributing speaker on the healthcare insurance platform.

Ms. Judy Griffith, Esq., a recognized expert on the Affordable Care Act, brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and healthcare compliance to her role as Compliance Director. Ms. Griffith has a proven background with state and federal laws relating specifically to health plans. Prior to joining Bell Associates, she served as Vice President of Compliance at Contribution Health, Inc. Ms. Griffith received a Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, summa cum laude, from West Chester University.

Ms. JoAnn Gulbin joins the Bell Associates' team as Director of Marketing & Communications and is accompanied with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits communications.

Before Bell Associates, she served as a senior associate with the global benefits and human resources consulting firm, Mercer. Ms. Gulbin received a Bachelor of Science degree in English with a concentration in business and technical writing from The University of Delaware.
